Your partner wants you to stop smoking but you don’t, or you know you should stop smoking but you don’t want to or don’t feel ready.

How should I prepare for the session? 

To prepare for the session, you should consider all the reasons you want to permanently stop smoking. If you are serious about quitting smoking you can throw out your cigarettes, ash trays and any other smoking paraphernalia before your session. Avoid excessive consumption of caffeine before your session. You will be safe to drive home after your appointment, however if you currently smoke in your car, you may want to clean it out before your hypnotherapy session to stop smoking, as it is likely you will find the smell of stale old tobacco smoke unpleasant once you become a non-smoker.
